Can I start with only an idea?+
Yes. Describe the result, approximate size, and intended use. Sketches help. Accurate reconstruction needs measurements and several views; one photograph cannot establish hidden geometry. A brief feasibility conversation is free; design development is scoped paid work.
Can I order just the files?+
Yes. Digital-only commissions are welcome. I'll work with you on the model and deliver the agreed files, with no physical print required. Use them to print on your own equipment, work with another print service, or build your game, scene, or modeling project.
Can you make a model for my game or scene?+
Yes—bring the idea and tell me about your software or engine. We'll agree the scale, level of detail, file format, and any texture, rigging, or animation requirements before quoting. Print and game models can need different preparation; compatibility and included features are checked for the agreed use.
What files can I bring or receive?+
STL and 3MF are common print-delivery options. Digital projects may use Blender source, OBJ, FBX, or GLB/glTF exports, depending on the agreed workflow and compatibility checks. STEP requires valid solid CAD. Include your software, intended units, and a known dimension where relevant. PNG, JPG, and PDF references also help. To share files, email me first so we can agree how to transfer them.
Are prints painted or full color?+
The proposed standard is an unpainted, single-color resin print. Colors in renders illustrate design ideas. Painting, decals, specialist materials, and assembly are separate services only if agreed and validated.
Can you make a large model or several copies?+
I'll review the full oriented model with supports and clearance. Multipart designs may need test sections, seams and an assembly plan. Copies are quoted for actual production work; a reorder can save design time, but doesn't remove print and inspection work.
How do updates and revisions work?+
The quote defines checkpoints and timing. Two consolidated design revision rounds are the proposed allowance for an original commission. Corrections to my own errors don't use your rounds. Changes to the approved brief can change price and schedule. You approve the final model before delivery; any physical printing also requires your explicit approval.
What files do I get, and can I reuse them?+
Original commissions include the agreed exports, editable source, previews, and notes. You can print, edit, and use your original commissioned model in your own personal or commercial games, scenes, and other projects. We record those uses in the quote. Any third-party assets retain their own terms, identified before work begins. Exclusivity or resale of the model files themselves can be discussed in the brief.
How long does it take, and where do you ship?+
Digital projects have a design, review, and file-delivery schedule, with no shipping charge. Physical orders add production and carrier transit. Destination and postage are confirmed in the quote; a domestic-first physical service is proposed. Timing is agreed for each project.
What if something arrives damaged?+
Contact me through the order channel with photos of the item and packaging, if available. Keep the packaging while we resolve the issue. I'll review a repair, remake, or refund through the platform's process and applicable customer rights. Approval of the design does not waive defects or transit obligations.
What uses are outside the physical-print service?+
Food-contact products, medical or dental uses, child or pet chew toys, prolonged skin contact, and safety-critical or load-bearing parts are outside the initial shop scope. Fine projections can be fragile. I won't promise a tolerance or material property without relevant validation.
